There, I'm immediately met by another friendly face holding a tablet computer. She then directed us out back to the garage to pick up our SUV. I said "no" to all of that ("I'll just bring it back full") and the young lady was still happy as can be about everything. All she did at the front desk was ask if I wanted a GPS, child seat, or their prepay fuel option. And the young woman working the desk seemed personable and friendly, but I was just waiting for that insurance hard-sell (where I decline the extra insurance and sign the damage waver) and things get a bit heated. ![]() Less than 10 minutes later it was our turn. ![]() There were 2 employees working there but one was deeply engaged with a customer the whole time. My wife and I were 4th in line at the Enterprise desk. Readers can decide if I was just lucky, or an Enterprise shill, or whether they really have a good group of people working there. Quite frankly, it was the best rental experience I can remember. ![]() Now, I've rented cars a couple dozen times - for both work and leisure - and could write a few bad stories from those experiences.īut my experience with Enterprise at the SLC Airport was actually so good that it's worth taking a little time to write about it. For our transportation, we reserved a Standard SUV (Hyundai Santa Fe) from Enterprise at their airport location. My wife and I just returned from a 1 week vacation to Salt Lake City.
